Account Set Up

Step 1: Contact our Sales Team

When you call our toll free number you will be connected to a call center operator who will collect your basic contact information. You will then be transferred to a friendly and experienced sales executive, whose primary task is to get to know your business and its call center service needs. Our knowledgeable sales person will take the time to learn more about your business and call center needs, in order to effectively access what customized services and solutions we can offer for your campaign.

Step 2: Proposal Signing

Once our sales executive has identified your business needs, he or she will send you a written proposal outlining suggested services and prices as discussed in your initial conversation. Once you are fully satisfied with the account details, a partnership can then be created.

Step 3: Setting up your account

The initial stages of setting up your account is carried out by your original sales person. They will confirm some basic account decisions and handling details, such as defining your customized greeting and your FAQs.

After initial information is taken, you will be introduced to your CEE 24-7 Client Services Representative, who acts as a consistent ‘point person' that remains your primary contact for the life of your account. This is a dedicated manager who fully understands your account, and will be able to handle any questions or concerns you encounter over the life of your account.

During the next few days your client services representative is responsible for efficiently processing your information in order to reach your targeted ‘Go Live' date. During this time the technology is set up and tested, specific account information and customized scripts are implemented, and our Sales and Customer Service Certified call center agents undergo one-on-one training on your account.

Step 4: Go Live!

Once you are completely satisfied with your account details and have had the opportunity to make successful test calls, your account will ‘Go Live”!
